In this video I show how i make a split mould capable of withstanding 120deg temperatures to cure out of autoclave prepreg.

-Eg160 epoxy gel coat
-Uni mould Coupling coat + 100g Chop strand
-Uni mould tooling resin + 450g Chop strand
-xpreg xc110
Please note - Technically epoxy gel and uni mould doing go together... But it works for me.

Please Note - Epoxy gel coat and Vinylester/Polyester Uni mould don't technically work together, however if the gel coat is left to cure over night before layup this has worked fine for me.

Very good, how are you managing to navigate around carbon print through from the first few parts. Weโre using high temp VE gel coat with tooling VE resin to wet the fabric thanks !
