  • Jim, I tried an exercise, some time ago, that really improved my memory. I jotted down, on paper, 5 WhatsApp phone numbers, and started memorizing them from scratch. In the period of 7 days - I started with 5, then 10, afterwards 15 - eventually 20-30 numbers. I repeated this exercise for 7 days. And you know what? With some initial difficulty, I was able to memorize, off the top of my head - 30 WhatsApp numbers. It was not easy - difficult - but doable. Within a week I had the telephone numbers memorized. It took patience and persistence, I really had to make an effort to recall - but after 7 days writing down and rewriting the numbers, I was able to reproduce on paper from scratch. It may work, if you’re able to put in the effort. Great for memory training. Thanks a lot for your lectures, and I hope this technique is helpful. Peace out.

    This is not right in all cases. I would NOT be able to get the $1,000,000. No matter what. I have spent a life of pain because people think memory is a matter of choice, it is not.
