    Changing form to make an exercise easier so weight can be added is not progressive overload. Progressive overload is holding all variables constant except the addition of weight.
  • I never got the side delt hype...like how much can this tiny muscle grow? I would say that it wont build any v-taper at all, you either have it or dont
