Scotty the world needs more honest mechanics like you. I'm so serious!
  • @jontest5718
If I had to take a guess, they quote large repair bills hoping the owner throws their hands up and says "well, i guess its time to buy a new one"

Scotty complimenting a GM vehicle,, my friends, the end is nigh!

I have a 09 Tahoe and recently had the engine rebuilt at 288K…will keep this truck forever!
  • @Anthony-qj7qe
What a surprise, as soon as his older SUV rolled into their "stealership" they saw dollar signs and tried to soak him for $6000.00.... unbelievable!! 😒

I bought a 2007 Tahoe LT with 134,000 miles on it six years ago. Today, it has topped 213,000 miles and it is still running great. I've had to fix various minor issues over the years, but it is easy to work on, parts are plentiful and relatively inexpensive to maintain and insure.
  • @TheDanny1
We bought a 2011 Suburban with 240k miles a year ago and it is solid as a rock. Shifts smoothly, no leaks, plenty of power. Cosmetically in great shape. Very pleased with it.
  • @Semiam1
Taking care of your maintenance goes a long way
  • @chrisdemas8246
I have a 2004 2 wheel drive Tahoe with 190k, love it! Original 5.3 and transmission and never an issue.
  • @TTime685
The years and models that "aren't made like they used to" are slowly creeping up.. 😌
  • My 2006 GMC Sierra with 147,000 miles on all original still runs and drives a charm. 5.3 engine. I’m in Katy.
  • @shovelheezy
We have a 2008 GMC Yukon, she's a sweetheart of a truck. 155k on the clock, runs great! Had to replace a few minor things, alternator, water pump, and a fuel pump that was wreaked from salt corrosion. Other than that it runs great, we took it on a trip from WI to FL and got 19mpg on the interstate. For a big truck like that I'm impressed!
  • @DE-uw4vb
I love my 06 trailblazer ext, with a 5.3 and I would never trade it for some new peice of crap, no matter who manufactured it!! Keep up the great work Scotty. I enjoy your honesty.
