I love how people are coming up with every excuse possible for why Shane laughed at her story, other than the most obvious one... Remember, Shane doesn't believe in ghosts, so it's not that crazy to think he just simply found the mental image of a black, ghost blob picking up and throwing a dog against the wall humorous. It doesn't make him a bad person

I'm with Shane in that I don't believe anything that anyone claims happened to them when they wake up in the night. I get sleep paralysis, and the visual and auditory hallucinations can be very convincingly real. For a supposed professional psychologist to say there was no rational explanation available makes me question her even more. Even Ryan doesn't seem convinced on this one.
