Wow, I recognize this chap from the fan-favorite award-winning life-changing series directed by Rick Glassman, The Sixth Lead!
  • I love Zach's work, but I'm even more impressed by his ability to finish a story while Rick constantly interupts.
  • Just came here after your recent armchair expert episode. First of of all, you are CRIMINALLY under rated. So fucking funny. Secondly, THIS is the format you were meant to be viewed in. The edditing, animations, cuts etc. It's the perfect way to express this material as seen through the inner machinations of your mind. Simply beautiful.

It's kind of crazy how good the casting of John Ritter was as JD's father in Scrubs. Zach looks more than more like John as he gets older.
  • @DelToro7
I hope Rick does that thing where he breaks into spoken word/slam poetry in this episode. I love that 😂
  • I like the interviews where they have a history w/ Rick as a boss or producer and how frustrated they get with him😂
  • @charlieh.2260
I have literally never heard of Rick before, until this interview. And now I am mesmerized by him. He is so friggin funny and interesting.

What a great guest. Adored this man growing up. Had the pleasure of meeting him once. Can’t wait to get into this episode!
  • @Eyekendraw
Really sweet of you to give Jessica's Kirson's half brother an opportunity
  • I almost pissed myself laughing the moment you said “what happened?” after Zach brought up Woody Allen.
  • Zach is not only one of my favorite actors, he's also seemingly one of best people working in Hollywood. Thanks for making this happen!
  • @Illmatic973
You've been killing it with the guests recently. Scrubs is a classic. You've got to get Jessica Kirson on the pod. She won't mind the bits.
  • @B14k3
That “Sorry I thought I had to sneeze” in the opening clip was hilarious
  • Not everyone can keep up with Rick's elite style of comedy!! I'm here for exactly that and I absolutely love the pod!! #goatcast 🐐

the goal is not to stop thoughts in general. that is resisting the inevitable, the mind is going to produce thoughts. your mission, if you choose to accept it, is to objectively observe them. if you set up a chair on the side of the highway of your mind, the goal is to see how disciplined you can be in staying in your chair as the thoughts (cars) of your mind zoom by. we often either try to chase certain cars (thoughts), stop/resist them, or somehow find ourselves in one along for the ride when we didnt realize it. just notice. without judgement. and go sit back in the chair. the more you do that, the less traffic there is, the less youll be affected by traffic jams etc but there will always be cars.

Not sure how I wound up here but honestly the best podcast format I’ve experienced. Instantly someone I’d love to hang out with. Huge kudos to the animator.
