    You should air the rice for 2 hours so it won't be soggy. No need to use overnight rice.

    nothing comparable with fried rice made from a nice wok! This Thermomix fried rice doesn't even look tasty, let's be honest! people who really appreciate a delicious fried rice know it very well! anyway, it doesn't mean that thermomix is not good. we just can't pretend and force that it can make better wok's fried rice... unless, if you're really dumb to use a wok properly... LOL
