I love your passion and precision in your verbal descriptions. I would suggest adding diagrams or infographics to key points in the video for people who are visually inclined (which is the majority of folk) to take the information in and helps laypersons who are not as savvy to the biological principles. ❤

She is so right because I am dealing with extreme damage in the front of my hair due to spraying water in my hair along with conditioner and hair wax Omg never again! I am following a strict and simple regimen now and all I do is shampoo condition and deep co sit on when needed and doing roller sets and my hair has been doing much better.

This video came right on time! My hair has been really dry and my hairstylist recommended me spraying my hair with water, conditioner, and rose water every other day. It just didn't sit right with me because of what you preach, plus I know when I was wetting my hair all the time I saw the most breakage.

I am so happy, I discovered your videos! But, I am struggling because my hair feels so dry, and I’m so used to oiling my scalp and hair that I just don’t know what to do. Now, I realize that I probably have been over processing my hair all these years.
