  • You basically described Nicocado Avocado's life. Edit: Thanks for the likes fellas
  • I was literally having all these side effects , I work at a gas station and was drinking monster energy drinks and snacking every day. And even my meals where pizza , and other unhealthy stuff a lot of the time. I figured bc I’m a very active person it wasn’t that bad. But it was ! This video literally saved my life , guys it can be serious. I had a fever for 2 weeks for no reason , my intestines where not digesting and my bacteria was unbalanced, I woke up feeling horrible, blood pressure was always high. After changing my diet for only 3 days , I feel amazing!

have you done “what if you ate heathy food? “If not, it’ll be interesting, and more inspiring

I’ve been eating pretty much nothing but junk food daily while consuming an excessive amount of alcohol for the past 3 years. Last year and this year I had to go to the ER because my pancreas was beginning to be affected. I weigh 150 lbs, I’m not overweight because I still exercise for an hour almost daily but I’m far from healthy. Let this be a lesson to those who say “I’m skinny even though I eat junk every day”, it’s going to catch up to you eventually like it did to me.

Quit eating fast food, candy and sweets a while back and after the first week I didn't crave them anymore and I can't stress enough how much better I felt.

I almost had diabetes. I was eating burger king & other junk food every day until a co worker told me that I could get type 2 diabetes if I kept it up. I always thought in order to get diabetes it had to run in your family. I got checked out & sure enough, my glucose level was a lil high & I was at risk. Now I watch what I eat.

I ate fast food everyday when I was 16, not even a year later my blood sugars were at 400 and was diagnosed as a type 2 diabetic and instantly put on insulin twice a day and told to loose weight. Now at 22 I’m no longer a diabetic and have lost 30 pounds! I feel so much happier and healthy

The issue in some cultures isn’t necessarily a lack of knowledge. It’s the ability of household elders to dictate the diet of the entire household, that can pose a detrimental health risk to the inhabitants of the household. This has been exacerbated by the intermittent and protracted COVID lockdowns, and it’s a particularly prevalent issue in low income areas, where cheap, unhealthy, food is more accessible than healthy food due to it’s lower cost.
  • Take care of yourself people. I made the mistake of not treating my body right and now I’m paying for it. Kidney disease and retinopathy. Turning things around đź‘Ť

Last year at this time, I was 270 and used to eat a lot of junk food. Today, I’m 165 and I run 8-10 miles a day. I went to the doctor last month, did a full physical with blood work and the doctor said my health was great. I can verify from experience that this video is 100% accurate. Now if I have an urge for junk food, I’ll have some crystal light.

I recently made a lifestyle change and cut back on, or completely cut out, alcohol, salt, sugar, greasy and fried food, dairy(aside from low fat Greek yogurt), bread and heavy starches, and most processed food. I also drink at least 150oz of water per day. I’ve never had more energy in my life, and I’m so much happier every single day. I used to eat one or two large unhealthy meals every day, and now I eat nearly every two hours, and don’t even crave those unhealthy foods or drinks anymore. I never thought I could actually stick to something like this, but I have and it’s an amazing feeling. To anyone reading this- it’s not too late to make a positive change in your life. Your body and mind will thank you

Nobody talks about how expensive it is to eat healthy
  • @shot1897
I was a serious junk food addict and at only 16 I was nearly 200 lbs and I became fat because back I would littrslly eat junk food everyday. I’m no longer fat anymore and doing the hardest decision of my life of eating a cleaner healthier diet with a lot of protein felt like a complete life changer for my self esteem.

In my town, there was a construction worker who I would only see ever getting junk food. Heat and eat gas station subs, KFC chicken, with the gravy and fries, amongst other junk food. He ended up having a heart attack while working on top of the second floor of a building he was helping build. He fell from the top all the way to the rocky ground and he died from the fall. I believe he could’ve had a chance of survival had he not fallen from the building.

I was 170lbs at the age of 12, with a BMI over 27, It was really hard for me to do anything, but after modifying my diet and adapting to a plant based diet and a weekly workout routine, I lost over 57lbs and now I weigh 116lbs, with a BMI of 17.9 at the age of 14.
  • @NakaliTama
I’m at the diverticulitis stage. Spent the past 3 weeks walking 5 miles a day. Gotta fight for your life.
  • @Goisza
    Nobody noticed the thumbnail huh

Can we get a follow up video going over what foods you can/ should eat?? I find it more helpful if I know where to go rather than just knowing where not to go.
  • @lilbritt2756
What people are missing is that this is a build up. It doesn't happen overnight, not even necessarily in 5 years, but it WILL eventually catch up with you. Weight gain is the least of your problems, it's the damage it causes internally that will catch you out later in life. Stay safe people.
  • I was over 365lbs and lost 206 rethinking my diet and exercise. This was very interesting and I could relate to a lot of it as I would be dead now had I continued eating poor choices in foods. Great job on the video
