Being the best is incredibly overrated. When you're in it, the pressure to maintain your position is super stressful. Then after, if you fail to live up to your "potential" or what other people think you ought to be doing with your life, the worse you feel. I was the best once... now I'm definitely not the best at anything. You however, are amazing and wonderful and I love your face!

i feel this on such a deep level. one of my resolutions this year was to be more carefree, take more risks and be more adventurous. i've always been so scared of judgement or not being perfect straight away and it's held me back for majority of my life. i think we all could do with a bit more fun, especially after being stuck inside for so long
