Some Stats for this event the second round in top fuel marked the first time all the winners ran in four forty’s. Jerry Toliver picks up his first win since the St Louis 2000 event. Toyota picks up its first ever NHRA National Event Win. Greg Anderson kicks off the greatest season in NHRA at the time. Warren Johnson would make his final appearance in a final round until Houston 2005. Also marks the first WinterNationals postponed for a week since the 93 event.
