Good time to buy a portable battery charger / power bank for your phone/ tablet. Some have built in flashlights.

I live at 290 and 610. Was hunkered down in an IHOP with ppl. Pulled over from 290 feeder after getting an alert to get to a study building pronto.
  • That was a tornado that blew here Houston/Loretta, Kathy area near Tomball/Cypresswood The Sky turned green at its peek and it was roaring. That's a tornado! When they tell you weeks that doesn't mean 2 wks! It could be many weeks! Cells are greatly being affected I van barely watch this video! Transformers aren't easy to replace and who knows about these towers! God bless every Linesman! Prayers for lives lost. For now on everyone needs to plan for the worst in these "thunderstorms" The sun is unleashing Coronial Mass Ejections and earth directed ones at that! This is going to be a violent summer, FLORIDA/HURRICANES, MIDWEST AND TEXAS REGIONS. Prepare and godbless! Stay safe!

Remembering not having power for 10 days after hurricane Ike! You will survive, and will really appreciate it when the power comes back on! Generators cost $400-500.00!

Walking around downtown, where a big shard of glass can come loose and drop down, is not a good idea. What's keeping that big piece 7:36 (bottom of screen) from coming loose?
  • @WizardKingCorey
Need you guys to look further away than just this one intersection, WHAT ELSE can you show us downtown? Walk around a little more for a few blocks!
  • @CLNSL8
It was disappointing that during the storm before and after your station decided to play regular programming. Thank GOODNESS for KRBE
  • @Blasianpower2
Why is it only center point in Houston the only company who loses power and affects the majority of people in Houston
  • @Der8cho
Always have emergency food, water & batteries on hand. Also, have a small generator on standby.

So— that is “Bad Bunny.” Downtown Houston. Didn’t know. “750k customers in the dark.” That’s awful. Prayers to Houston residents. Hope everyone has enough food, and are okay.
