My Embarrassing & Weird Old Art

Beginning to realize I'm always much harder on myself than most people. ^^; So how about in the distant future I show you guys the REALLY bad art from high school? Let me know! XD

I actually love the Goofy skeleton drawing just because it does look like an actual skeleton for Goofy

It’s hilarious when artists pull up their old art and are like “it’s soooo bad” And it’s an absolute masterpiece

I also went to Ringling, but didn't make it. I put this video off because I hit rock bottom at Ringling and I knew this video would be triggering, using the prior knowledge that you'd been to Ringling, too. I'm doing a lot better now, so I decided to face this demon with you. I just want to say I really appreciated this video. Seeing your old Ringling art was actually reassuring to my 2016-2017 self that's still kinda trapped inside and going to therapy for it. It actually didn't look very far off to what my old Ringling art looks like and after all this time, feeling like a serious failure, I just want to say thank you for putting this video together. <3 It made me feel slightly less like a loser.

This was one of the first videos I watched when I first got into animators. I’ve watched Rebecca for almost 6 years now and you have been my inspiration for all of them. Ringling has become one of my top schools for animation. Today I got my acceptance letter. Thank you Rebecca. You’ve inspired me to continue working on improving my art. Thank you ❤

Isn't it weird that she spent so much time learning how to draw realistic and now its like a toon kind of vibe. She is a good artist! LOL!!
