Even if we don't kick out Florida, we can do some fat trimming. Do we REALLY need a North and South Dakota? A North and South Carolina? An East and West Virginia? Boom, that's six states turned into three. Let's make DC, Guam, and Samoa into states in order to bring our quota back up to fifty!
