This interview showed how amazing an interview can be if the interviewer actually knows what he’s talking about and even is a fan of the artist.

Love this part when Em said: "Hip Hop was the most important thing that empowered me as a kid. It made me feel tough when I wasn't. When I was a scrawny little kid, growing up on 8-mile, walkin up the f***in block, put headphones on and it made me feel powerful. HipHop probably was... It was like my dad, it was the only thing that made me empowered, made me feel good about myself. And when I started being able to write rhymes, and figured I could do it, that's where the feeling comes from to me. Because the excitement, is being able to come up with this shit. It taught me how to throw my first punch. It gave me the confidence to be able to throw my first punch." so much respect for this man.

I could listen to Em talk all day. He's such an interesting character and extremely intelligent too.

I met this man one time when I worked at a recording studio in NYC. He was so gentle and so shy. No ego or bravado like many other rappers I met. I really loved his vibe.

The fact that he opens the interview asking for an autograph... love this dude

I love Eminem's songs but watching his interviews just makes it better. He's genuine and he's real.

He's an honest dude. Not just that he talks about facts, he presents himself in an honest manner.

No one noticed that Em was prepared to reply to as many people as possible. He waited to see how many people will reply so that he can diss them all at once in one song. Imagine how insane that would have been

I just wanna say the song Beautiful saved my life in high school. I hit a socially awkward/depressed phase where I felt like I didn’t belong. The only time I was comfortable was by myself, completely alone. I’d hide in the bathroom at school, stay in my room at home, or was with one of 3 people not including family. That song was me to a T. It helped me feel like I wasn’t alone. Thank you, Marshall.

Hearing Eminem breath is giving me relief.

The fact he started with the RESPECT FOR SWAY, like THAT, was amazing. Love Eminem.

I love how introspective Em is and that he's still thinking about his lyrics & how he would have done them even better. That's a true artist, not resting on your Laurels, always trying to improve

If you follow an artist long enough you'll find a pattern of them making "bad music" when they're at their happiest. It is what it is...🤷‍♀️
