  • Gestalt therapy is more like mindfulness meditation. The Gestalt principles also have a lot in common with Buddhist explanation of mind.

  • UGHH! DEfinitely my least favorite school of thought. Seems really bizarre and impractical. But I gotta learn it for some stupid test.
