Congress should have term limits too. Not just the Supreme Court.
  • If anyone running for office can’t pass a civics test in front of a judge. You do not belong running for office.

how about term limits for all members of government instead of having people in office for 50 years not helping anyone but themselves

Term and age limits i'm for. We have to many career relics in Government. I think 75 years age is a good age for them to be retired, whether they're in Congress, the Senate or any high office. There should be a bipartisan amendment for court of ethics also also for Congress and senators. Look how many senators are currently being indicted for bribery, theft, etc. they shouldn't be allowed to serve in any office when indicted and going to trial. We need a complete overhaul of our government, there are too many snakes and sleaze balls that only hurt our country instead of helping it. Unfortunately, no one on either side of the aisle are going to be happy with the outcome. I believe this is going to backfire and cause greater harm for everyone seeking justice.

Can we do congress term limits too!? Oh wait then all of them would be out a job

Justice should be served equally. No one is above the Law. If I am fined for an illegal parking, they should too. Ladies and gentlemen, we need to vote against these people, if you love this country and her freedom America has gave us. Let us remember, freedom isn't free. There are a lot of men and women wearing the United States Army uniform and fighting each day, for us to be free. I don't think the United States are going to welcome a dictator as its leader. No way. Not now, not ever.

How about term limits for all congress and no insider trading 1st.

I agree, along with term/ age limits for ALL politicians. I wouldn't want a kid driving a car as much as I don't want an older person behind the wheel. Nor should a rich old man get away with crime just because he is connected. It's un-American

Congress needs to overturn Citizens United decision.

This is very timely. Ethics rules should apply to all Judges. And yes the president should not be above the law or be allowed to commit any crime he or she chooses.
  • @davidsegal2236
Totally agree. We should also add a more strict code of ethics and term limits for Congress as well.

Whenever any form of government become destructive of the people it's the Rights of the people to alter or abolish it. -Thomas Jefferson ¹term limits for Supreme Court or Expansion.

Universal application of the rule of law is a central tenet of any democracy and is needed desperately here in Canada. Instead of the multiple loopholes and quid pro quos, along with many towering walls wound with layers of bureaucratic red tape.

Not only term limits for Supreme Court Justices, as for career Politicians like Biden. That become multi millionaires with side deals and influences.
