That first cut Condor agate is Gorgeous! Haven't seen one for a LONG time but it looks like maybe a Fire Agate? And you say it looked like it was lit up on the inside. I agree. Fabulous! The third one is also just marvelous! My favorite is the second one! Definitely. Thank you for sharing this session!

First one....check it with a LW and SW UV light, well known site for fluorescence! Second one, this agate formed in a crystallized calcite pocket, then calcite weathered away, leaving the negative forms, called epimorphs, on the outside of the agate!

I know I'm not the majority but I don't think I could have cut these open... They were fabulous pieces they way they were imo... Still love them don't get me wrong and I love the shock and aw especially the color!

These are beautiful agates! The Condor agate looks like a swimming pool with the beautiful quartz in the middle. The second agate looks like there's a flame in the middle. The shape of the last agate looks like a pork chop to me with a gorgeous core! 🩵🩵🩵

Those were great pieces. Such beauty. The last one you could almost use for eyes in a face in a stone picture. So lovely.

I live on the shores of Georgian Bay in Ontario Canada and as soon as we have a nice sunny day (with no wind) I'm going to go and look for some amazing rocks and then take them to the rock shop in town.
