Looks organized, clean and healthy. The schools I went to could never lol. I remember my school would have frozen, dry and oily food. This just looks refreshing.

It's so very impressive the balance between nutrition, creativity, and work that goes into making something that we take in the US as a simple thing, and unfortunately a less than quality meal. I am blown away by the consideration and quality of these meals made in Korea, I would love to eat something like this now or when I was in school.

One thing I do admire about the Koreans is the amount of care and love they put into their food. It may not be the fastest, but everything is done carefully and lovingly. You're bound to taste that. It just feels different.

The south korean govt focuses on this one since they believed that the students are the future for their country, they really have an allotted budget for this. Although its not the same for every school, just like if others will have lobster others will have crab or shrimp. It's all good though.

This is infinitely better than anything I ever had for school lunch. I'm suffering from a severe gut disease today, and I'm pretty sure it's partly due to the horrendous food I had as a child. Korea really understands how to treat its children. They deserve nothing less than this.

I cried when they put in the pumpkins seeds, they really living their life out there with those lunches. I wish I could have one of those sandwiches 😭 EDIT: Omg I was joking around and exaggerating my emotions. I didn't actually cry...whats up with yall in the replies?! Also thanks to Tripps for the recipe in the comments! I tried it out and its even better with fresh cheese imo!

I like how everything looks so fresh and that they’re really clean when preparing the food (wearing gloves, washing the vegetables, wearing masks). I hope their business does well!

since no one is actually reading the description : This is a bakery cafe located in Gyeongsan, Korea. This bakery specializes in group-order burgers and sandwiches. Makes 400 chicken breast sandwiches that are served as student meals at the entrance ceremony of a nearby high school. this isnt their every day food, its a the entrance ceremony
