We had Atlantis Marine Park in Perth WA, decades ago, and on one visit, as a kid, I was fortunate enough to be chosen from the audience to meet and receive a big kiss from Popeye the sea lion. I’m almost 50 now and I still cherish that amazing encounter! Bless

I love to see all sea lions in shows rather than being hunt. They're like humans, willing to learn if they want to or easy to train

Animals must be very perplexed by us hoomans. This guy thinking I just do a few things and this creature throws food to me. Wow. In the wild, they have to exert so much energy and smarts to catch their prey. This must feel awesome to them. No wonder they get attached to us so easily.

They might be known as Sea Lions, but I like to call them Fish Doggos.

It´s amazing to see how such animals can learn things. They have a lot in their brains that we don´t understand.

I feel like the sea lion has a sense of purpose. It has a safe home, a job, it's appreciated. If you city dwellers don't like it go back to being hunter gatherers.
