Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp
Dry yeast - 1 tbsp (7 grams)
Egg - 1 piece
Butter - 50 g / 2.5 tbsp
Flour - 500 g / 3.1 cups
Cream:
Egg yolks - 2 pcs
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Corn starch - 3 tbsp
Lemon zest
Milk - 500 ml
Chocolate - 70 g / 2.4 oz.
Bake at 180°C (356~°F) 25 - 30 minutes
