Honestly, Shirogane's pep talk to Ishigami was kinda heartbreaking. Dude was in a deep depression after just trying to do some good, let his name get tarnished, and Shirogane understood him. Gave him a job in the council. Honestly, Shirogane is a fundamentally kind person, and I feel like that isn't talked about enough.

And Ishigami responds to that action not by being Shirogane's lackey and following him around everywhere but by being his friend while having the utmost respect for him. Ishigami is truly best girl, best boy, best trap, and the best character in the series. (not that the others aren't phenomenal)
