Today we received a call for urgent help with the family of a mentally ill girl, she has a child, but due to her worsening condition, the house was not cleaned. clean and she also brings a lot of waste back to the house and outside the yard, which greatly affects the living environment of her family and greatly affects the health of children. So we decided to prioritize emergency help for her family. Hope you can sympathize and understand that her situation is very pitiful and urgently needs help. In english, the term is hoarder. Its a mental condition on the anxiety spectrum. She really is ill, thank you for helping. Tho, sadly, if its done against her will, she will fill the place with more trash. She needs to get professional mental health services. I know its not something available for many, but that's still the hard truth. Still, thank you for your help and trying to make the kid's life better. ❤❤

You guys are true superheroes! This cleanup was a tough one to watch. I screamed when you turned the blower on in that room and those roaches went to flying all around! There is no way in hell I could've done that!
