Angel just like in the movie Down Periscope that bandaid was holding on a finger nail. So if you keep playing that gem pusher you might end up winning the lost finger nail as well as the bandaid.

That was disgusting that there was a used bandaid in the gem pusher!!! It looks like they just took it off and put it in there. I would soak anything you won from the gem pusher in bleach or if the bleach would ruin the prizes from the gem pusher I would find a cleaner safe for those prizes and soak them in it to get the germs off from that bandaid. I would also conduct a thorough inspection of Gem pushers from now on before playing them especially at the arcade this particular gem pusher was.
