  • Two genuine tough guys. But underneath they're actually super nice and gentlemen's.
  • @2020Mastro
my only regret is I COULD ONLY LIKE THIS ONCE!
  • @kaloshilo
I was a point contact fighter and Benny The Jet got me interested in PKA Kick boxing. I get beat up by boxer crossing into kick boxing. That experience led me to study boxing and I became a Golden Glove Champion.
  • Mr. Urquidez is the BEST kick boxer America has ever produced. He had beaten the best kick boxers (Muay Thai rules) in Japan in the 70's and 80's. He was also a LEGEND in Thailand.

I did a seminar with Benny. He was such a well spoken, gentle, spiritual and humble person. Such a Legend. Even at his age, his strength, speed and technique was amazing. His knowledge and teaching style is fantastic. I was so impressed in only just that meeting. If he taught in Australia, i would definitely be a student. Dan Inosanto.. I really hope to meet one day. He's a living martial art encyclopedia. A true scholar of the combative arts. A legend beyond his ties to Bruce Lee.

I love the interaction between these guys. Both so humble and respectful of each other. Thank you for sharing this.
  • @colinfoo2856
The jet is so respectful of Dan...calling him Sensei.
  • Wow what a great video, I could listen to these two masters talk all day long. It is not everyday you get the opportunity to hear these kinds of stories from Martial Arts legends who are so loved and respected. I love the six "S" teaching, which is what one needs to be a champion. 1) Strength, 2) Speed, 3) Stamina, 4) Skill, 5) Strategy and 6) Spirt. As Guru Dan Inosanto said, Benny the Jet has all six! That is for sure Sensei Benny is a true warrior! I love seeing what respect they have for each other. Thank you for capturing this historic moment and thanks for sharing on YouTube!
  • They both were training in Kenpo under Ed Parker back before he brought in Bruce Lee. Dan was teaching Benny then. I was a student of Ed Parker and Joe Lewis.
  • @bkhahra
Both legends.... Jet, an absolute warrior....⚔️
  • Benny you are a totally sane person very rare in fighters no ego or show off, you are spiritual warriors
  • @TheSubwaysurfer
Inosa tos kissing 80 here and he's still training. What an inspiration. And he still has all his marbles. As for Benny, he's my hero. The first time I saw him fight was when he fought Dana Goodson. I was so impressed that this little guy could beat up this big guy it made me wanna study karate.

Two wonderful Martial Artists reminiscing. Awesome video. Proof positive that the fighting arts are for the betterment of the human condition. What wonderful people. Salute
  • Gentlemans your generation and particulary your group gave martial arts for the rest of us includin ofcoz we later generations. Its a pity we youngers dont ever get to witness those ground bracking moments where you evolved the arts to suit modern day. It is priceless that you do at least these conversations where we get to hear your insights and your memories. Hurrah to you sensei benny and danny and thank you

  • @9sunskungfu
2 respected and admired Legends. Its an honor and a treat to hear them tell their stories. Both of their lives would make great movies.
  • @Veloce2000
I've always refered to 3 persons of martial arts, Bruce lee, Benny and Dan Innosanto. Watching this 2 masters chat is so great. These are the kind i would seek advice on martial arts.
  • @tomg2946
Benny Urquidez, probably the greatest proven all round kickboxer using any rules, the world produced. But also, one of the greatest gentlemen around in the martial arts.
  • It's really geat to know Dan Inosanto and Benny Urquedes still doing great i was a fan of both of them God bless and keep it comin'
