I really like this Matt. He seems very focused, but not as emotional as he usually is for good good content. He really plays his best with a level head.

Best thing about Scharff is that he is basically the only YouTube golfer who truly understands what skill level he's at. The others are simply dreaming. He's more likely to hit his goals than any of the others. And, Maddie -- you have miniature pinscher, black with tan markings, written all over you for the dog question.

While I like all the Good Good guys, Matt has always been my favorite. Every video is better when he is playing good and in a good headspace. Keep it up Matt!

I do enjoy the Matt and Maddie show, we can all see Matt is trying his best and playing good golf even after a bad 1st tee shot and struggling with the puttering, and then theres Maddie, "just aim better" and "is a 200 yard bunker shot hard". Love you guys

Love Maddie’s sarcastic and somewhat caustic sense of humor (my favorite style). It is also interesting watching Matt’s reconditioning of his back in order to play golf. I have struggled with a bad back for 50 years and it’s no fun living in pain. For me, I gave up playing well many moons ago and just grin and bear it. Golf is a great game if you can recognize your unfixable shortcomings and have fun with your buds in spite of it all. I’ve learned to laugh at myself. It came far more naturally for my golf buddies but I now laugh the hardest. I suck but have a ball.

Love how Maddie just tells him the obvious advice that we all know and still can’t do😂 Aim better, that’s the secret!

There’s a couple of ways to go about improving. When I’m working with junior golfers we use mulligans when needed to get them comfortable with shooting under par and seeing their potential. When working with players really trying to push themselves we go out and play with only 1 ball in their bag. You pay for the full 18 but have to play the entire round with only one ball. If you lose that ball you have to pack up and leave. It can be the opening tee shot or the final approach on 18 and anything in between. That’s a way to create a bit of pressure.
