Ate there about a year ago. One of the best burgers I've ever had. Sat at the bar and the bartender there was really cool too. Tipped him good.

I've been co-owner of a successful BBQ restaurant for 5 years and worked the pit for almost 15. The idea that somehow the smoke from different types of tree that you burn makes one bit of difference in how the food tastes is complete crap. The main difference between different types of wood is the heat they burn at, how long they last, and how smokey they burn. The smoke may alter the flavor somewhat but no type of wood adds any particular distinctive flavor other than more smokey or less smokey.

I find it ironic how in some videos with Gordon Ramsay, he's always complaining that the burger it too tall. Yet in so many of his cooking videos, he literally makes his burgers tall too lol. ☕️🐸
  • He “liberally” put the cooked patties on the same dish the raw patties were on

They hit the spot. I'm still burping the ultimate cheeseburger with boursin, dubliner, and aged provolone.

This "expert" put the already cooked burger in the same dirty pan where he's previously put the raw burger. Not very professional, if you ask me.
