Thrifts and Habitats near me realized ppl were buying to resell then jacked up their prices. Not many true bargains to be found anymore.

I can vouch for this story! I was there and talking to Julian when he got the reprimand for walking around with the knives. LOL FYI I live in the area and run into Julian and Kayla all the time. They are actually even nicer in person, really great people!

If the mirror was decently priced you could have gotten it and put it next to the jewelry in your booth, so people could see what stuff would look like on them... And maybe price it as a sale item in case someone liked the mirror itself. It'd be a win-win situation.

I have run into things like that in Goodwill too. You have no way of knowing what the rules are (or that there are rules), but they jump all over you when you break them.

Our daughter works at our local Goodwill and while we were watching this video we got a text as follows: "Don't ever use a shopping cart at Goodwill. Some one pooped in one today."!!

I go to Goodwills where they put butcher knifes on the shelf, and I've gone to employees and told them that's a bad idea and they should be behind the counter so no ones uses them against employees. Same stores have a homeless camp behind their store as well.

That big blue bag is for when you’re moving. You can put clothing in there and zip it up. Found those on Amazon for when we moved my daughter into college. We ended up using about four or five of those. Hold towels, bedding etc.

The wooden lidded box was a mans dresser box. Curved compartment for pocket change, center compartment for watch & small cubes for cufflinks. Old school

The buggy rule is what I call Mrs Murphy's Law...if you get a buggy, you find nothing....never jinx yourself!!

7:19 POGs trivia, started in Hawaii, They were cardboard covers for bottles, POG stood for pineapple orange guava. I never collected them myself, but when they were popular my mother was running a daycare and some of the kids had tons of them.

I agree with the buggy rule. The last time I was at GW, I found a dozen children's books and a wonderful lady insisted I take her cart. Enjoy your Birthday Kayla 🎉

Yes Julian, since your in a vacation location, fishing, blankets, sunglasses and small cosmetic bags in your booth is a must. Knives are a no sale in my thrift, they are set out for employees for free, that's the world we live in now. Happy birthday Kayla!

I have always felt the same way on the buggy but in the Midwest we call them carts.
