Justin Timberlake's license suspended after not guilty plea in DWI case

Singer Justin Timberlake pleaded not guilty Friday in the DWI court case against him in Long Island. Also, the judge on the case suspended Timberlake's license and threatened the defense with a gag order. CBS News New York's Jennifer McLogan reports.

    J.T.'s license being suspended is a good start. Also, I take issue with it that reporter Jennifer McLogan seems to take impaired driving too lightly. J.T. would be a bad mayor.
