I have an easy crock pot recipe for you that is absolutely delicious. In crock pot, mix 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup with a 16 oz container of sour cream. Place boneless, skinless, chicken pieces of choice, in the crock pot and mix to cover with soup/sour cream mixture. Cook on high for 4-5 hours, or low for 6-8 hours. Make mashed potatoes and use the "gravy" from the crock pot on the potatoes. It's been a family favorite for YEARS, and it just takes three ingredients! You won't be sorry if you make it! You don't even need to use salt and pepper! The soup and sour cream seem to cover that! If you're in a big hurry, once the chicken is cooked, make boxed potatoes! I like to have applesauce with it, and corn or green beans.

But you have inspired me to cook and bake more, and my family is more healthy bc of it. We rarely eat out anymore. I know I’m not the only one who has this story. Hey y'all. This is Tony, Alma's hubby. Please keep my wife Alma in your thoughts and prayers. She has a bowel blockage and 2 fistulas they're telling her she needs surgery ASAP. She's at UAB (University of Alabama Birmingham) looking at surgery today or tomorrow. (We had thought it was food poisoning on Saturday but it's a lot more serious this time.)
