Hi Sandy. My mom used to toast home-made bread slices on the tawa too (we called it a platen in those days). Best tasting toast with a little bit of butter. Now, as far as this age thing that so many people are afraid of: I will be 72 next month (April) and I don't feel any differently to when I was younger. The only thing, though, is, I find that my body, mind and age don't match each other. I feel more like a teenager. What should a soon-to-be 72 year old feel like 🤔? Retirement should be passe because people are living longer and if you are of sound mind and in good health, why not work until YOU are ready to leave the work force. Sandy, you do what you need to do in your own time. You are the only one who knows what is best for you. Love and blessings to you and Mike.🙏🏻💖💖
