Sorry but I hope Claudia got fired, that was the worst consultant I have ever seen. It seemed like she didn’t care about her brides, especially when she didn’t ask the bride what her budget was, like who does that? She doesn’t even listen to the brides

Why was Claudia so upset the short haired bride didn’t want to feel pressured to buy such a large expensive purchase without being absolutely sure, a lot of brides are confused and don’t purchase, wtf.....she said it was her FIRST time trying on dresses, a bride might not find what she’s looking for....I would hate to have her as a consultant.

Claudia, I don't think selling wedding dresses is your calling. Folks don't like pushy salespeople. Personally, I'll walk out as soon you start your mess. Then talking about, "I cleared my calendar for her". 🙄 -
The girl that waited for the dress from the other bride was correct to wait, she looked fabulous and it flattered her more than the first one she tried on

The designer of the first dress can understandably remain calm. But it would have been better if she showed more emphathy and concern with the family. I wasn’t impressed with the way the designer handled the family.

I don't understand why Brides don't take a picture of themselves in the dress they choose. This is yours the correct dress was sold and the bride's Memory Remains intact.

Claudia has done several things wrong. She didn't ask one bride what her budget was for a dress. She pressured another bride to make a decision, whether she thought that she was pressuring her or not. And she took a bridal gown from an unattended fitting room without asking the consultant if she was finished with the gown. She would have been livid if the roles had been reversed. I hope that she is gone from the salon. She doesn't fit with the salon.
