Dragon Ball Z: Saiyan Saga but its a Feature Length Film

I took the first season of Dragon Ball Z Kai and turned it into a feature length film! Using clips going all the way back to the 2/3rd World martial Arts tournament through Bulma, Krillin and Gohan blasting off to Namek I compiled it all into a single movie. I also did the whole thing using mostly Faulconer score and some other songs. Now you can watch the Rivalry between Goku and Piccolo take off and go straight into the Saiyan arrival and the fight with Raditz all the way to the iconic fight with Vegeta.

Y'know, for as much as Yamcha's death against the Saibaman has been meme'd to death, it actually is a pretty hard-hitting and intense moment when it first happens. I'd forgotten how intense this whole arc was, the Saiyans were such an insane threat that it's wild to consider how "weak" they are compared to what happens after.

I started watching as a half joke because I thought it wasn't really the entire saga but DAAAAMN DUDE! You did a fricking awesome job! Your edits are great! You cut the useless filler stuff, put an 80s training montage and got me affixed to the screen for the entire time! Thanks man! Keep it up!

This is incredible. I'm 37, so it's hard to watch all 291 episodes over and over again. Las time I did was probably 5 years ago. Now? I can watch these, and relive the excitement of patiently waiting for the next installment just like I did when I was 9 years old in 1996. Also, Piccolos character arc is incredible. DBZ taught me so many good morals as a kid. Goku really was a role model for me. Kill 'em with kindness is a character trait I took with me throughout my life and it's undoubtedly backfired here and there, but I sleep with a good conscience.
