    Kate Bush is a true artist, a genius. I was fortunate enough to see Ms Bush on her Before The Dawn “tour” in London in 2014. Never thought I’d see her perform live, dream come true 💜

    Really great to hear a review by someone from Uk. So many American reviews of this song, thinking it’s a cover of some American guy that only yanks have heard of. Probably my favourite Kate Bush song, there are so many good ones.

    Thank you for reacting to Kate Bush, made my lunch hour! Kate Bush is one of my all-time favorite performers, she is brilliant. If you like her tone in this song, take a listen to the Hounds of Love album. Conceptually it's an amazing composition of work and her vocals are stunning. The album was created in the days of vinyl and cassette tapes - back when there were "A" and "B" sides. My favorite part about the Hounds of Love album is side B. All of the songs on side B are a suite titled The Ninth Wave and the most rewarding thing is to listen to it as one piece, sitting comfortably, with headphones settled and with your eyes closed. Yeah, doesn't make for a great reaction but it is so f-ing beautiful. It's about a woman drifting in the ocean (after a shipwreck I think), she's all alone and doesn't know if the moments she is experiencing will be her last on earth. One of my all-time favorite experiences is listening to that set of songs.
