hat tip to these guys...and RIP to the two dozer drivers lost in recent CA fires.
-
I am not going to make some dumb comment about how I THINK it should be done because I know nothing about fire fighting with a bulldozer. But I will say it looks awesome keep up the good work!
-
I ran a D7G for FireCat ops in Cali back in the 1980's - UNForgettable!! Beats pushing rock or scrapers all day!
-
You picked a good line and drove it like a champ! CATskinners squash fires real good.
-
Love the armchair hotshot iron driver comments.
-
This guy has some brass dive into that fire like that just nuts keep up the good work brother
-
Typical not to "bury" fire because it traps heat and embers. Someone would have to come back and open it all up to ensure it was out before leaving. That's just one of the reasons to scrape away from fire.. 2 cent's

I retired from the fire service a few years back and I never did like wildland firefighting. Interesting video though, enjoy seeing an experienced operator doing his thing.
-
This fire was a very small no nothing fire. I used this for training for new Operators. The video that shows what happens on most of the Fires in the Dozer is the video named Rancho Fire.
-
Motivated operater getting after it i love the video man
-
You Sir are very good at your job! Stay safe.
-
Man this looks awesome.
-
Great footage. Right turn off the tarmac (at start of vid) into the fire line was intense.
-
That operator needs some beers!! Awesome video!
-

Молодец бульдозерист классный противопожарный барьер сделал

I worked with an operator he in SENC that loved to put the fire out with the tracks. And I'm not talking about a grass fire.
-
Yeah I wanna be a fire dozer driver now.

Молодцы, ребята!
