I use to watch Ina before I get cancer on 2014 .now is my first time after my recovery love to see the way she is cooking ❤

I love how she encourages you to use some store bought things. She makes everything look easy for the home cook to do. I miss her show. I used to watch her everyday. She. Alton Brown, and Valerie Bertnelli were my all time favs. They never talked down to you and you actually learned so much.

Just having her on in the Living Room brings back such good memories for me raising my three daughters. Eager to feed them well. Every dinner. Now they’re all gone making their own food for themselves now. It’s just the old man and myself (in our early & mid 40’s) to enjoy her wonderful recipes when I’m up for it.

I always make my meatballs with Parmesan cheese. Egg, s&p, bread crumbs, oregano, warm water. They come out tender & delicious. I was married 56 years. Love ya, Ina

Ina's weeknight bolognese is a staple for my weekly dinners. And my family loves the mac n cheese (i like to grate a jalapeño pepper in that one for some kick).

WAtching Ina reminds me of my gourmet mom in the kitchen, Even when her month was longer than our money, we had super meals that were sometimes economical. Her mac and cheese was just like this EXCEPT she put in feta cheese too. Then, lots of breadcrumbs on top. She didn't do the tomatoes, but I will try it with this recipe, and my mother's feta in it, We loved it. I so appreciate your work. I am addicted to your presentations, Yummy.
