45g dark chocolate 30g unsalted butter 35g caster sugar 30 ml milk 70g flour 50g chocolate chip

Ingredients: 45g dark chocolate (50% cocoa) 30g unsalted butter 45g caster sugar 30ml milk, warm 70g plain flour, heat treated 50g chocolate chips, plus extra for topping (optional) 1) Line a 4x7" microwaveable dish with baking paper. 2) Microwave the dark chocolate and butter, stirring every 30 seconds until melted and combined. 3) Add the caster sugar and warm milk and stir until combined. 4) Add the flour and stir until combined. 5) Fold the chocolate chips into the mix (optional). 6) Pour it into your dish and smooth it out. 7) Top with a sprinkle of chocolate chips (optional). 8) Microwave on high (750W) for 1 minute 30 seconds. 9) Let it cool. 10) Slice it into 8 pieces. 11) Enjoy!
