To think the first video I learned about you was when you were expressing how mean people were being. Now look at you! Beautiful, confident, and in Love! May God bless you both with years of togetherness.

Congratulations on your engagement! I am a father of 5, 3 of which are girls; 1 daughter in her early teens, 1 just shy of her teens, and my babygirl who is on the Autistic spectrum and 3 months shy of 4 yrs old. As a 40 year old father I can honestly say you are a great inspiration to me. I do not know you but it feels like I do; due to the connection you have with your fan base. When having those talks with my girls I turn to the person Sydthekid is on and off the track. You emulate class in your victories and defeats. And I applaud your parents for raising such a beautiful, intelligent, and extremely talented young woman. I mean, from such a young age you have conducted yourself as every hero should while professionally exposing your life and the private vulnerable glimpses of your personal life you have let the world see. Please know that I am a huge track and field fan. I am obviously being biased but I truly know I am and will challenge anyone in the world; from commentators to other self proclaimed super fans to a trivia/knowledge test of the sport. In revealing that about myself, it hurt my heart and made me cry to see you break down in one of your post after Tokyo 2020. I want you to know personally from a true fan of this great sport; that I appreciate you as an individual athlete for your talent and work ethic. Which enabled you to take your respective event to a mark; rather a realm, in which we were not supposed to supposedly witness so rapidly. To improve the 400m IH world record by such a margin was definitely appreciated and noticed by me, and yes I am a nobody but I can tell you that I felt it and noticed it and most importantly, appreciated your performance on the biggest stage the great sport of athletics has to offer. You deserved to be talked about and applauded and the governing body and USA T&F failed you. In short, just know that Matt Silva and his 3 girls are rooting for you through it all and I myself will have your back and support any venture you partake in and have taken notice to your great talent and other worldly achievements at such a young age. You deserve to be paid top dollar for your rapid contribution, as well as the notoriety and talk you created. You have single handedly put Track on a far bigger stage that it has ever been on. I will share your social media with my peoples and ask that they share it with theirs. I don’t know you but couldn’t help but smile ear to ear when I saw this post and I don’t even know you. Perhaps it is because I to come from a white mother and black father. I don’t know but you deserve all the blessings you get because you are a real a/f person and as a plus your personality is dope a/f. Please let your brother Taylor know that he should never give up. This fan is rooting for him and he is a champion! Sheeeet, I saw him smoke Rai Benjamin’s boots at indoor nationals in the 400m. Please, y’all remain authentic and healthy. I can’t wait for world’s stateside in Eugene, OR! I’ll be rooting for you! And I am not no crazy dude! I am married with 5 kids. However, this dude better treat you like the royalty you are or else he gone have some problems on these skreetz! Just sayin! Don’t take no crap from someone, when you can have anyone you choose. With blessings and love from ‘ the greatest fan’ of the sport of Track & Field/Athletics! P.S. I would appreciate if you can mash up dem JA people dem. Also, if Shacarri Richardson isn’t too ghetto to approach and will listen to you, tell her to let her Feets do the talking. Feel me?! The best and truest fan Matt Silva formerly of BK, NYC and now currently residing in Scotch-Plains/ Fanwood! Big ups to Dunellen and the food and drink there that nourished you throughout your early development! You are a God given talent should be damn near worshipped for what you done in your individual event and contribution by dropping a 48.8 split in the 4x400m relay at Tokyo 2020.
