Still haunts me until this day... people no longer make songs as good and beautiful as this.
-
Isn’t it a damn shame that we don’t realize we’re living the best days of our lives until they’ve long since passed us by?
-
if you find yourself being nostalgic in 2024 about a song from 1984 being nostalgic about 1970 you may be into nostalgia
-
My sister Sally passed away last June, she loved Dennis DeYoung. How many STYX gigs we went to. I miss her 😭💔.

The 80's...... How beautiful it was...... Anyone agree??

Isn’t that how life usually works … people drift in and out of your life from the past … reminiscing for a few fleeting moments in time … then those folks drift away again. Sometimes they return … sometimes … you keep the memories alive in your heart … your mind. One day you catch a song on the radio … much like Desert Moon. The cobwebs are swept away … and you are again with those folks from years past. For a few moments …. Time reverses and all those emotions come back.

The power of 80s songs still hits today. That's what you call the real music

I am now 36, still imagining that I was born before all this kind of music. 90's is great but I think 70s and 80s are even greater music and everything.

My dad passed away on 12/18/2022, he loved this song. We had it playing along with the slide show of all his pictures. He had an old 63 white chevy similar to the video. That's why he like the song. Rip dad. Love you.

36 years to be exact. Who still love the song?
-
I love how a song can transport you back to a place and time in your life.

To the person that reads this, I ask the Lord to bless them and their family, to cure them of every sickness and pain, to fill their emptiness with love joy and peace, to rebuke the enemy from their lives. " ASK JESUS TO COME INTO YOUR HEART AND SAVE YOU, AND TO FORGIVE YOU OF YOUR SINS, FOR WE GIVE THANKS AND GLORY TO THE LORD. IN THE MIGHTY NAME OF JESUS CHRIST AMEN!

* God, I miss the 1980s. No cell phones, no GPS, no Mandatory Seat belt laws... That was some Freedom which we'll never have again, my friends.
