(EPILEPSY WARNING) 00'S Video Game Commercial Compilation 2000-2009 (UPDATED)

Gaming in the mid 90’s to early 2000’s felt so futuristic and hip. ☝🏻

I remember getting my first GameCube it came with Smash Melee. Also ps2 and Xbox was amazing what a time to be alive. I miss the early 2000s

I was born in 2006 so I didn’t exist during this era of gaming. But I love going back to when this was the hip thing to play.

I not only miss 2000s video game commercials, but I also miss video game commercials in general. You don't really see video game commercials on TV anymore except for some Switch ads. The only games that really had commercials in the 2010s were the Toys-To-Life games, Sonic games, Kingdom Hearts 3, COD games, LEGO games, Marvel's Avengers, (but that game wasn't that good) and I also saw the Spider-Man PS4 "Be Greater" CGI Trailer during an American football game once. Clearly demonstrated by this video, back in the day, basically every video game had TV commercials. Of course I'm sure that the reason why they don't really do this anymore is because now that the internet has become way more mainstream, posting a trailer on YouTube is pretty much all the advertisement that you need, and it's expensive to air that stuff on TV, but I still wish that we could return to that era. I mean, when Sonic Forces didn't even have its' own TV commercial and was only featured in a Chuck-E-Cheese commercial, that was kind of the final nail in the coffin to me. If you still saw video game commercials on TV other than Switch ads then throughout the current year that I am writing this of 2022, you would've seen ads for Uncharted Legacy of Thieves Collection, Gran Turismo 7, Sifu, and Elden Ring, and for releases happening later this year you'd be seeing ads for Spongebob the Cosmic Shake, God of War Ragnarok, and Sonic Frontiers.

That Majora’s Mask ad is super dark. It’s still funny how it’s rated E.

It’s funny that the commercial for shenmu had better voice acting then the actual game. Like does this mean they literally could’ve gotten a half asleep stoner to play the role and gotten better results?

Back when Xbox 360 and PlayStation 2 were best consoles to play nostalgia games. 💚💙🎮 My very first game on Xbox 360 was Halo 3, and PlayStation 2 was Tekken 3.
