I just got this detector for my son and it is a really good detector but the recovery speed is slow so you have to swing it slow but me and my son thinks it is a really good deal for what you get !!!!!!!!!
  • @FMSTheWord
exactly the type of instructions I needed, thank you!
  • @gkarman
Thanks for making this video; any way to make the response time of the detector ‘quicker’?
  • @HappyHermitt
I got mine. Gotta swing slow. I got 2 phantom beeps swinging a Lil fast. I went through the yard for an hour maybe.
  • @Mettalsucher
thanks for the god video now i nom to build it
  • I bought my grandson the mt-xr for Christmas, I’m looking for a control panel COVER…can you tell me where to buy one ? Great video on the XE !

I have had it find things, but when I dig nothing is found.
  • I'd like to see what kind of recovery speed it has. Not a bad little detector though for a beginner.
  • Different Detector For sure.. Lets see how it works in the ground. VDi seems to lock on nice and hope it hits coins at around 6 inches or so.. Thanks For sharing this New detector before it hits the Market.

    How long holds the Batterie?
  • @RickyD1968
Can you show us how deep it can detect usa coins in the ground ?
  • You're a mad woman... 🤣 If they need another reviewer It would be cool if you dropped my name. 😉😁 That was the weirdest sounding pinpointing mode I ever heard. I would suggest to them a V.C.O. pinpoint mode, or learn what Voltage Controlled Oscillator really means. I wonder what percentage of a First Texas Products is cloned in that circuit board? 😋 Also they're going for the Simplex & Equinox look with the straight shaft. I bet it's a decent detector, and probably runs around 7Khz. But they would be wise running it around 12Khz for lower conductor sensitivity. Nice hand digger too. 👍👍

Brilliant review, I got one now and must agree with everything you say. The light weight of this has surprised me it’s so good to use regularly and long periods. Thanks for great video 👍👍

Greetings from Rochester New York !! Great video on the new Dr. O. I’ve been detecting for about 10 years now and I always tell beginners to start off simple. This is a great machine and an amazing price. Happy Hunting
