Diluc can't take advantage of VV set because other characters' rotation are too long, but he can still benefit from Furina's passive and Crimson set pyro & pyro reaction damage bonus.

International is probably on of the best teams for this 2nd half due to Lectors' elemental shield, and it's also very helpful that Tartaglia's skill stance and Xiangling's ult are almost tailor made for shielded enemies like these.
