I saw someone demo the TEMU a couple of weeks ago. They paid something like $10. for theirs. I went to TEMU to check it out and it was on sale for $1.19. Of course I jumped on it. I actually read the directions. They say the light will be red while charging and turn green when charged. Initial charging took a while. According to the directions, you hit the start button twice to get it to work. It will run for 40 seconds at a time. If you need it to blend longer simply do the double push again.

I'd just get a BlendJet 2 since it does the work of both machines. It's still small enough for travel, and you don't have to babysit it. Thank you for the comparison, I was curious about the Temu one.
  • You’re supposed to add liquid first. Then you’re not supposed to over fill, it needs room to expand. I have both and they work just fine. Only difference is one is smaller AND less expensive. I would pay for the eight dollar one again.
  • I bought a regular Blendjet (not Blendjet 2) at Pennys just before Christmas for $40.00 then I started seeing the Blendjet 2 adds. The regular blendjet is 14 oz. and the directions said to always add the liquid first and leave room at the top. This video was very interesting! Thanks for doing this!
  • I love watching you and your husband, you never fail to bring a smile to my face and laughter in my heart. Thank you!

The BlendJet2 comes with a charge cable which connects to a USB port. If you run out of cycles, a fifteen minute charge will give you three extra blend cycles. I use mine daily to make breakfast smoothies. I’ve even blended a salad with a little dressing and it was delicious!
  • Gotta say, I would've done the blendjet FIRST because it was larger, and letting it sit with almond milk in it softened the frozen berries and whey! Of course the motors going to be stronger!! PS- trying to mix the second drink KNOWING it needed charged first sort of nullifies the test, don't ya think? Also, I'm going to get the Temu, but I will always add some of the liquid first, THEN the powder. Good of you to show me ( us) though!- THNX!
  • I see the blendjet won. But, I could picture like a student on a budget who just want to carry simple drinks in their backpack instead of buying sodas using the Temu one for the $8.00 it might work out for that person.

I really believe that the problem was powder and berries first before liquid. It's shutting down because it's heating up due to the powder getting stuck. And just a little less liquid and it wouldn't of been messy, it just overflowed. I'd buy the $9 one still.... I think if you did it correctly it would work just fine and worth the savings! I think it ran out of charge for the drink! Other's said theirs lasted longer, maybe return it and try another one. I still think the expensive one is just to costly... Magic bullet is way less money and does the same thing and you get extra cup's Etc.

I bought the Blend Jet 2 for myself, and the Temu Blender Jet version for an Xmas gift....My friend who got the Temu one for our Pink Elephant game stopped using her gift (She said it was a hassle to clean)...(So glad she didn't know I bought it!)...I feel kind of guilty having bought the Blend Jet2, and that I bring it to work making smoothies while everyone else pays $6+ for a smoothie at of coffee counter...My $40 Blend Jet 2 ($10 extender) is awesome!..I am a Coffee Shop & Smoothie addict. Definitely worth it!...After a couple days of having the Blend Jet 2, My usage of it, and the cost, it paid for itself! ♥️
  • @Jeni10
I’ve bought three BlendJet 2 blenders because I love it! Had the original purchase for 18 months and it runs like a dream.
  • @yalivelez
They’re both good options! Depends on everyone’s budget and needs! Thank you for this
  • Great video Tanya!! Thanks lady!! I would buy both; one for just shakes and the other one for smoothies and drinks!!
