After working in real estate I can tell you it’s alarming how much is owned by other countries in our own country. This isn’t okay.
  • @Scarter63
Even small amounts of land purchased at strategic locations can still be devastating to national security.
  • @Rick-Rarick
Saudi Arabia should not be able to own land as well. They farm an incredible amount of alfalfa, which takes a lot of water from the Colorado River.

If you aren't an American citizen, then you shouldn't be allowed to buy a property period. Many nations ban anyone thats not a Citizen from purchasing Land and Housing. American should also ban foreigners from buying land.
  • @amatomic257
It baffles me that our leaders didn't make this illegal along time ago. Seriously did none of them stop to think that maybe we shouldn't let other countries buy U.S soil??

some countries ban foreign ownership of land driving up prices for locals to be able to own land
  • this has always been a 'loophole' in capitalism. no need for armed conquest, just buy it. ask the British.

No one who is not a citizen should be able to buy or long-term lease US real estate, not just Chinese. The only exception should be limited to housing transactions for people with green cards or Visas to occupy personally. Why should US be for sale?
  • @carmengrrr42
I wouldnt be surprised if the senators or congress members are taking a cut. Welcome to NEW America folks.
  • @maloudelapaz8872
Even in Australia and Canada they are buying lands , Very alarming.
  • @Unfnation
Yup, halt all sales to anyone with ties to China.
  • From what I was able to find out, America is the only country that allows itself to be sold. Not only our land but our businesses, anything anyone wants can be sold in America.
  • @angelnumber0723
This also happens with apartments and buildings in urban areas, and they leave them empty. It's usually luxury condos.
  • @Cmunic8
We’re going to pay china for all the stuff they make for us and we’ll have to pay them rent also. Good job politicians 😂😢🇺🇸
  • MOST COUNTRIES DO NOT ALLOW NON-CITIZENS FROM BUYING ANY OF THEIR LAND. FRANKLY I THINK WE SHOULD DO THE SAME, ESPECIALLY COUNTRIES WHO ARE NOT SUPPORTIVE OF OUR DEMOCRACY, AND ESPECIALLY CHINESE AND RUSSIANS .... ANY ANTI-DEMOCRATIC COUNTRIES!
  • @Bringthewinter
It seems our land is for sale, as well as our common sense. And everybody is buying.
  • @PatsySelf-cj6fj
No, No, No.!!!!! Somebody stand up for our wonderful Country.
  • @rippinross3238
We need to reclaim the land purchased by foreign countries asap.
  • @IshiR886
Ridiculous. They could register a corporation in another country and use that corporation to buy the land.
