  • it’s crazy because what you said about self-awareness clicked something in my mind. I’ve always said I am “too aware of things” and had trouble with it bc even though i have it, I never do anything. I also have that convo with myself like “i’m so disappointed I have to change this and this and this I need to do it right now I’m so behindvon everything blablabla. I have to start tomorrow to do this and this otherwise I’m fail myself as per usual”. Being too aware is nothing if you do nothing with that output, you waste your energy on thinking about it, it’s a positive trait sure thing but you have to do something with that. I still don’t know how to do it either 😅

    Hey Anna!! Great video as always!! As someone who has run a fair amount including 2 ultramarathons and ran some competitive races, you are killing it!! The key to running is consistency and keeping it simple. You said it best where starting slow is the best bet, which is awesome! Keep it up and stoked you caught the run bug!!! I can't wait to see how far you come and keep up the inspiring content!
