Bird shoots so smoothly and easily
-
I was born in the wrong era This is gold.
-
One of the legendary duels between Larry Legend and MJ GOAT. "Larry Bird couldn't really run or jump, that was God's way of making things fair". -Charles Barkley
-
That must have been one hell of a duel of the mouths with two of the greatest trash talkers of all time, Bird and Jordan, going head to head!
-
Bird would dominate any era. His skills, iq, and clutchness unmatched
-
Young MJ leads the team and the NBA in scoring already. He puts so much effort on a night to night basis, that you could immediately tell, this guy would be a perennial All-Star and a Champion 🏆.
-
MJ carried the Bulls lol. He was a freak of nature. Larry and the Celtics team was such a well-oiled machine with a lot of wisdom and chemistry, the younger Bulls had no chance.
-
13:33 Bird was so damn good at those little no look touch passes. You hardly see those anymore, but they were a big part of 80s era basketball. Fun to watch too. Of course you need people who are willing to leave the 3 point line and cut every once in a while to do them
-
Bird relied on his team and won the game! Part of being a great player is knowing how to pass.
-
The two greatest to ever play the game in my opinion
-
A man playing for the entire team vs a man playing with the entire team
-
Larry Bird is the most underrated great player to play in the NBA
-
Bird is just ICE. Bulls had some real scrubs back then.
-
The NBA is nothing like this anymore. In fact, that goes for all professional sports. There's just no great, go at your throat, rivalries.
-
Magic Johnson was considered Larry’s main rival. Not Jordan.
-
I was at this game, it was heaven on earth, the old Chicago Stadium was awesome.
-
What a beautiful era.
-
Even if you weren't a basketball fan, you had to watch Jordan. He was like the Superbowl. You had to witness it or you felt like you were missing out on something major.
-
Jordan's game evolved so much over the course of his career.....I love watching the '80s aggressive, aerial Jordan the most because I love to see athletic players attacking the basket. People more familiar with the 90s Jordan are probably surprised to see him taking so many bank shots at this stage of his career.

When MJ’s mid jumpers are falling he’s literally unstoppable. Can’t say that for anyone else.
