Scrap Mechanic Series 1. youtube.com/playlist?list=PLGN7Z8FPxGEazIBtW7HDuwS…

It makes sense that a large piece of farming equipment would make the best weapon against farmbots when defending a farm.
-
I used the "drop the giant slab" attack. its boring but effective.
-
That's what i love about scrap mechanics survival mode. You don't just build a trap let alone place a premade one, you engineer it.
-
Casually killing hay bots and tote bots with a combine harvester singing "I've got a combine harvester"
-
There's some primal allure to the idea of running over your enemies in s combine and mangling them to pieces
-
adding these to the edges of my base when I get back into survival lmao
-
Wow. You can also use pistons and make something like a press against robots out of them. (I'm sorry if there are mistakes, I don't know English very well)
-
Imagine me with my piston car running them over and the engine becomes a harvester
-
Ig they’re not fond of hugs and leap frog
-
That haybot that jumped over
-
Hopefully they balance this and make it so more means of defense are viable while still having a resource cost to encourage more diversity in gameplay
-
if you slap a universal joint on the ends of the combine harvester and then add more you could make it wrap around a whole farm
-
ive never even thought of making traps to defend my crops
-
Oh that's great But what will it do to the red bots
-
Another useful defense thing is water. Although it may be (somewhat) a limited resource unless you live right next to a river, it means you can just spray haybots and totebots away from your house with a pretty simple system. Or you can just use buckets.
-
great info

Personally for my 400 plot farm I use a massive plate that goes around my bace that pistons push down that crushes them then for the big red boss dudes I use mounted spud turrets as they burn through ammo but are extremely effective
-
What if…and here me out…we smak an engen to it🤣
-
I have a bot mower on workshop somewhere that smacks a farmbot down in one go, and it only consists of a single bar of metal 3 as the blade.
