You'll learn more from watching this 3 hr long video than from studying nutrition for 5 years at the university.

A proper human diet did more for my health than any medication every did. 2 years carnivore and feel like im aging backwards! Meat heals <3

I love how Max states at the start that he’s going to make this brief because he doesn’t want the video to be three hours long. And it’s true, it’s only 2:59:59! All kidding aside, everything about this video is fantastic. The pacing, information, and presentation are all excellent. I’m sure I will refer over and over again to it.
  • Great video Max. Keep up the good work! This will 100% help a lot of people.
  • Phenomenal effort here, Max! Day 29 back on strict carnivore and I'm LOVING doing 2MAD (2 meals a day) of just meat and eggs per day with electrolytes at the age of nearly 48. This is for HEALTH, not weight loss, though weight loss is a nice side effect! Give your body a year of strict carnivore to reach your natural set weight, I'd say (for the average person). ALWAYS eat until comfortably full! NO MACRO/CALORIE COUNTING needed.

Hey Max, great information, I'm on a caravoie lifestyle, i dont like the word diet, I'm watching this at the moment and I'm cooking vegetables and chicken with breadcrumbs for the kids and wife, as my wife won't let the kids do caravoie, so here I am cooking for them knowing it's not good for them... it's very hard when people dont like your lifestyle Keep up the great work that you are doing

Yep, this is officially my favorite carnivore channel. The grind you’ve been on the past few months is incredible

Max, thank you for all the effort. This is a great contribution to the carnivore community!

Hmm... a three hour video with Max talking, I guess that means my meetings for the afternoon have just been cancelled.

The protein to fat ratio is the hardest for me to work out. I never know how much fat is in a 1kg of protein. I have just been reacting to what my body tells me by what waste it products. I think that this is the hardest part of the plan. Fat can be absorbed by the meat and eggs during cooking. It is hard to see when it is liquid and flowing around in the meat. Plus watching others eat massive amounts of protein and fat urges me to eat more and I don't really think I need that much food per meal. I know it all depends. Just trying to work out the need aspect.
  • Thank you Max this is so well done amazing detail and very well thought out. Our DNA allows each generation to adapt to changes in our environment, we are now adapting to no longer poisoning ourselves.
