Saka has got nothing to prove came to the party at the last World Cup, Foden has alot to prove we want to see his city form for england.
  • When discussing England's best Euros the tornament 1996 should have been mentioned when they reached the semifinals and lost to Germany on penalties.
  • @OrijinaruBTC
You forgot about Euro 96 when we beat Holland and Spain en route to a semi final against Germany.
  • @dazpoz
I can’t believe you mentioned the 2 quarter finals whilst completely ignoring 1996!
  • @walllion94
Trent inverting from right back allowing Walker Stones Gomez to become a back 3 Bellingham would start next to Rice in the double pivot but become a box to box 8 Saka Palmer Foden behind Kane 4-2-3-1 becoming 3-2-5 depending on ball possession

We never learn. We are not winning the Euros. 2 finals both on home soil. Suspect defence.
  • We will bottle it…expect Germany, France, Spain, or Italy who seem to get the job done..
  • This is our year we have all the talent in the world we have been starved of glory come on ENGLAND 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿

To be fair UEFA officials did all they could (almost 'duty-like') by not penalising Italy during the match in the last final for at least 5 MAJOR offenses that I can remember of, including a sending off that never occurred for Italy (fouling the last player between defender & goalkeeper!) and a penalty that wasn't given to England (foul on Sterling)... we should have been 2-0 up and playing against 10 men AT WORST by the time they 'scored'! Say what you like but Italy have cheated through most of their empty 'victories'. I'd rather we lose than have to cheat to win. I'm not a bad loser... SALTY maybe (but who wouldn't be) but not a bad loser.

"For the bringing Euro HOME for the FIRST time ever..." This sentence best depicts all the nonsense and hillariously foolish "It’s coming home" chant. Yes England have maybe the best squad at least in recent memory but i can already see tabloid covers after Euro: "Sheeps not Lions".."Who is to blame?".."So close yet so far"..
  • @Whoami691
Doubtful. Kane might be out due to injury already, same with Shaw, and White refuses to play for England. Theres some heavy blows to the team right off the bat. And be carful calling so kany players 'world class'. I have yet to see Watkins prove himself in competition and toney havent even had the chance yet.
  • Penalty kick time! Kane...scores Trippier....scores Saka..maybe Tony..oh he is not on the field Palmer..opps also not on the field Ward prowse..what? Back in England?
  • We know Foden is better as a no 10 or RW but those positions are taken I think a way to get the best out of him is 4-3-3 (or 4-2-3-1) but in possession 3-2-4-1 . Having the right back tuck into to be the 3rd CB, the left back attack up the flank becoming a LW in attack allowing Foden to tuck in becoming LAM next to Bellingham at RAM. The only problem is who would be LB, as Chilwell has been bad this season and shaw is injured.

Pickford has been the best Goalkeeper in the League this season. England's defense looks underwhelming on paper but it is world class.
