  • When did Paul meet Peter? Jerusalem From what we know in Scripture, Paul met with Peter three times (Galatians 1:15–18 in Jerusalem to get acquainted with Peter; Acts 15 & Galatians 2:1–10 for the Jerusalem Council; Galatians 2:11–21 in Antioch to rebuke Peter), and with James the Lord's brother three times (Galatians 1:15–19 when he was getting . FACT: NOT ONCE ever seeing him in Rome!!! The Book of Acts is the only Bible book that gives us the histories of Peter and Paul. Peter last appears in Acts in chapter 12. After that the focus shifts with chapter 13 to Paul, and Peter is not mentioned again. The Book of Acts ends with Paul under house arrest in Rome in 62 AD. This would be prior to when Peter and Paul were traditionally (not factually) both imprisoned around 67 AD. So we are not told whether they meet in prison. We are not told that they ever were in prison. That is a tradition (and mostly true.) We do know that Peter and Paul knew each other. We are told about a time when they were ministering together out of Antioch in Paul’s letter to the Galatians. But we are told nothing about whether they were in prison together or not. >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> CHRISTIAN The Greek word Χριστιανός (Christianos), meaning "follower of Christ", comes from Χριστός (Christos), meaning "anointed one", >>>
